MEMBERSHIP & CLASS PACK GUIDELINE

  • One per client.

  • Must have valid credit card on file.

  • 3 Month & 12 Month Contracts will automatically renew at end of contract period for another contract period, unless cancelled 30 days prior to end date.

  • Class Packages must be used within 90 days from the time of purchase. No Roll-Overs.
